Responsibilities

As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Notifying and verifying alarm signals to ensure accurate response
• Dispatching the proper authorities to resolve customer issues
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
• Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

Shifts and Scheduling

We offer a range of shifts to accommodate different schedules, including:

• 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
• 3rd shift (11pm-7am)

• Weekends as needed
