- * Use internal systems to track issues, escalate technical problems, and log customer interactions.
- * Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.
- * Adhere to performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer feedback.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- * High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience
- * Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or airline industries.

- Working Hours
- * Full-time role with flexible shifts between 6:00 AM – 10:00 PM EST, including weekends and holidays.
- * Rotating schedule to accommodate time zones and global customer needs.

- * Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult or emotional customer interactions with empathy.
