About Us

Comeback Performance & Wellness is an online shoulder rehab company that helps active adults get out of pain and stay in the gym without surgery, pills, or stopping the activities they love. We’re a growing 7‑figure business and we’re looking for a full‑time High‑Ticket Closer to enroll qualified prospects into our 12‑week shoulder rehab coaching program. This is not cold calling; you’ll be running pre‑booked assessment calls with leads who have already raised their hand. Role Overview You will:

• Take pre‑booked assessment calls (Zoom/phone) with warm prospects
• Run through movement assessments, share screenshots, and educate prospects on what’s going on with their shoulder
• Uncover their goals and what a successful outcome looks like
• Present a clear action plan and recommend our 12‑week program when appropriate
• Confidently enroll qualified prospects and collect payment on the call
• Maintain clean notes in our CRM so delivery and follow‑up are smooth and nothing falls through the cracks

We’ll train you on our assessment process and clinical framework, but you must bring real closing skill and presence to the conversation.

Responsibilities

• Run 1:1 assessment calls with warm, qualified leads
• Follow our call structure:
• Build rapport and set expectations
• Guide the prospect through a structured movement assessment
• Use visuals/screenshots to help them understand their problem
• Dig into their pain, history, and goals
• Present the recommended plan and offer
• Handle common objections (money, spouse, timing, fear of failure) with confidence and empathy
• Take payment and complete agreements on the call
• Update CRM after each call with:
• Status (Closed / Not Closed / DQ / Follow‑up)
• Key notes and objections
• Any special considerations for the coaching team
• Collaborate with SDRs, setters, and coaches to ensure a great client experience from call to onboarding
• Hit and exceed monthly targets for: show rate, close rate, and cash collected

Requirements

Must‑haves:

• Located in US or Canada, fluent English
• Proven experience as a high‑ticket closer (phone/Zoom, $3k+ offers)
• Comfortable doing multiple calls per day, mid‑morning to evening, with weekend availability
• Strong discovery skills and the ability to connect with prospects who are in pain and scared of losing their lifestyle
• Confident, assertive, and empathetic — not pushy or robotic
• Coachable and willing to roleplay, review calls, and refine your skills
• Reliable, organized, and driven by numbers and outcomes

Nice‑to‑have:

• Prior NEPQ or similar consultative sales training
• Experience in health/fitness, rehab, or coaching
• Comfort talking about anatomy, movement, or training (we will train you, but interest helps)

Compensation

• Commission‑only: 10% of cash collected on your closed deals
• On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $8,000–$15,000+ per month
• Actual earnings depend on performance (volume, show/close rates, cash collected)
