Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, even in the most challenging situations
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries, whether via phone, email, chat, or social media
  • Communicating with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Knowing arenaflex's products and services inside and out, so you can answer questions and provide expert advice
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests with accuracy and efficiency
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, using our CRM system
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless customer support
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process, helping us to continuously improve and refine our approach
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to help them grow and develop in their roles

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent
  • The ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset, and to respond in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Comfort and experience using computers, including CRM systems and other software applications
  • Experience working with customer support, either in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • A strong problem-solving approach, with the ability to think critically and creatively in challenging situations
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies
