What to Expect

As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day therapist questions and requests through a shared mailbox and various support channels, including SMS, phone, and emails. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional support to our therapists, ensuring their success along the treatment journey. You'll also have the opportunity to share feedback and insights with the team on common themes expressed by therapists, driving continuous process improvements and enhancing patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day therapist questions and requests through a shared mailbox and various support channels (SMS, phone, emails)

  • Provide support to therapists to ensure their success along the treatment journey
  • Share feedback and insights with the team on common themes expressed by therapists
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes
  • Document knowledge bases and saved responses for improved patient service
