Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our developing Bookkeeping team. As a Senior GL Bookkeeper, you will work with our cross-functional team to drive financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements. You will report to our Senior Bookkeeping Director and work closely with our FP&A team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and prepare journal entries and monthly account reconciliations for specific areas of the general ledger
- Be a key owner of the monthly close cycle for arenaflex and external entities for explicitly assigned functional areas
- Ensure financial records are maintained for Management and GAAP Combined financial statements using accepted methodologies
- Assist in providing expectations to external auditors on annual reviews and quarterly surveys
- Communicate with FP&A, functional partners, and external stakeholders regarding significant accounting matters
- Conduct special investigations and projects to further our cycle improvement initiatives

- Excellent communication, oral, and written skills, including strong proficiency in English
- Strong analytical and time management skills
- 2+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB principles, SOX/internal controls
- Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, GSuite preferred
