You'll be the face of our brand, working from the comfort of your own home to evaluate and assist with customer concerns, explain device capabilities, wireless carrier data, product offerings, and company policies. Your goal will be to meet sales goals and grow from feedback and coaching, while also selling arenaflex smart home and other products on every call.

Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Care and Sales Representative with arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Evaluating and assisting with customer concerns
  • Explaining device capabilities, wireless carrier data, product offerings, and company policies
  • Meeting sales goals and growing from feedback and coaching
  • Selling arenaflex smart home and other products on every call
  • Directly connected to PPX incentives
  • Spending 4-8 hours daily working at a computer
  • Escalating calls appropriately when needed
  • Participating in 3-4 weeks of in-class training, additional 2-4 weeks of floor training directly paired with peers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Minimum education: High school diploma (or equivalent)
  • Competence to retain knowledge and solve customer concerns through memorization of product offerings and customer information
  • Strong attention to detail while multitasking with speed and accuracy
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the customer, the business, and your team
  • Display commitment through a reliable track record of attendance and performance
  • Computer literacy and ability to type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software
  • A passing hiring assessment (soft skill scenario modeling and product knowledge)
  • Existing knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems, or willingness to learn
  • Including but not limited to Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bilingual Spanish/Español skills (additional financial incentives provided)
  • High customer service acumen
  • Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives
  • Distraction-free work environment with home office or designated workspace
  • High-speed internet (minimum requirements of 10MBPS download/5MBPS upload)

Compensation and Perks

  • $18.00 per hour base pay (guaranteed)
  • Pay Per Experience (PPX) Model – incentive pay based on positive customer outcomes. Top experts make up to $32+/hr!
