Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Software Engineer – Web & Cloud Application Development at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of engineers, making key technical decisions, and driving cross-functional projects forward. You'll work closely with our software, services, and AI/ML teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project success

• Make key technical decisions that impact cross-functional partners, including software, services, and AI/ML teams
• Collaborate with various teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that meet customer and stakeholder needs
• Contribute to architectural planning, code reviews, and risk assessments to ensure the quality and security of our software solutions
• Represent your team and technology in cross-functional meetings, discussing bugs and technical challenges in-depth
• Engage with external customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations
• Help define requirements and objectives for cross-functional software projects, creating a multi-year roadmap for success
• Lead the design and execution phases of software development, overseeing the work of some of the brightest engineers in the industry

Minimum Qualifications

* Strong understanding of operating systems fundamentals and mobile device support constraints

• Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects, managing partnerships while staying hands-on technically
• Clear decision-making based on data rather than intuition
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
• Enthusiasm for working in a diverse, global team, fostering collaboration, and supporting your engineers

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of engineering management experience

• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent
• Experience with API development and working with API consumers
