Job Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Taking ownership of member relationships, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience, and escalating concerns to suitable staff as needed
• Maintaining accurate records and tracking contacts with members, suppliers, and plan supporters
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support to members
• Staying up-to-date on arenaflex policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide informed guidance and support

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, business, communications)
