Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including sales and customer service interactions
  • Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade customer experiences
  • Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers to ensure a deep understanding of our services
  • Escalating customer dissatisfaction to managerial teams to ensure prompt resolution
  • Ensuring first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling techniques

We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • A customer service-oriented mindset, with a focus on empathy, responsiveness, patience, and conscientiousness
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
