Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects. You'll be responsible for processing policy change requests, maintaining knowledge of our products, and answering any questions our clients may have. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Securing all trailing documents from customers and maintaining accurate records
  • Completing Evidence of Insurance requests and ensuring timely completion
  • Documenting each customer contact in eAgent, our proprietary customer relationship management system
  • Taking premium payments from customers and verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses
  • Returning all phone messages promptly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining knowledge of new products and services, and staying up-to-date on industry developments
  • Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns as needed
