Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for the accurate and efficient entry of data into our systems, as well as the development and maintenance of reports and analytics to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to develop and maintain reports and analytics to support business decisions
- Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, developing complex reports, and performing complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
- Designing and developing packages for internal clients
- Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Turning data into actionable insights through reporting and analytics
- Troubleshooting technical issues and presenting evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
Essential Qualifications
* 2-4+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field
- Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications
- Experience with reporting platforms, such as SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS)
- Development programming languages, such as ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript
- Development database languages, such as Transact SQL
- Database knowledge, such as MS SQL Server
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database knowledge, such as Hadoop, Oracle
- Development database languages, such as Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred
Required Education
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
