Key Responsibilities:

As an Executive Customer Relations Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing customer cases and conducting research to develop recommended strategies for process improvement and efficiencies
  • Analyzing customer case data, observations, and reporting to gain a clear understanding of the customer's journey and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Interpreting research results and translating findings into easy-to-understand reports or presentations for leadership
  • Providing insights and process or improvement strategies to the ECR leadership team
  • Collaborating with ECR leadership to develop and implement strategies based on your recommendations
  • Reviewing customer cases, interpreting the life cycle, and providing root cause analysis and recommendations for improvement
  • Analyzing data for trends and patterns, developing actionable recommendations, and reporting to key stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1-2 years of contact center experience
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in data analytics and performance reporting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:

* Demonstrated experience in data validation

  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools
  • Ability to create analytic designs and perform quantitative analysis
  • Experience in analytics implementation
  • Proven skill level in Excel, including pivot tables, power pivot, V-lookup, and dynamic charts
  • Proven skill level in PowerPoint

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

arenaflex offers a competitive salary range of $49,700.00 - $82,800.00 annually, with a starting rate of pay that may vary based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:
