Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our plan members. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and accurate information about their healthcare plans, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. Your expertise and knowledge will empower our customers to make informed decisions about their healthcare, while your empathy and compassion will ensure that they feel heard and supported.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls and emails from customers, providing accurate and timely information about their healthcare plans, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry developments, regulatory changes, and company policies to ensure accurate and compliant responses
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Required Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality
  • Strong PC skills in Windows-based applications
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

* Partners degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
