Job Summary:
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records. You'll work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Resolve issues and discrepancies in eligibility records, working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with various teams to identify and resolve errors in reports and other data sources
- Reconcile eligibility records between systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Monitor and track records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance data entry processes and accuracy
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, analysis, and record-keeping, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a healthcare setting, with knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Strong understanding of data analysis and record-keeping principles
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
