Job Overview

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. This is a full-time, remote opportunity located in Puerto Rico, and we're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 40 - 50 plus WPM
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and processes

Work Environment and Company Culture
