Key Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

Required Skills

  • Dependable internet connection with capability to connect via Ethernet.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Healthcare-related certification.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous.
  • Prior Public Trust Clearance or the ability to obtain one is a plus.
