About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer experience. You'll be interacting with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, luggage, and other travel-related needs. You'll be greeting customers as they start and end their journey, and doing it with a smile. You'll offer a pleasant, professional, assured, and insightful service to help resolve customer travel issues and make their experience memorable.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Interacting with customers: In a kind and beneficial manner, crafting memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and commitment.
  • Stepping up and watching for customer needs: While maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even when we've inconvenienced a customer.
  • Working with a safety mentality: Ensuring we maintain ourselves and each other to the highest standards.
  • Navigating challenges: By being steady but adaptable, retaining composure and handling issues without taking customer frustration into view.
  • Collaborating with others: Assisting colleagues and supporting them in achieving success with new processes and technologies.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent: A minimum of 18 years old.
  • Comfort with technology: Familiarity with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
  • Physical ability: The ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage.
  • Security clearance: The potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging.
  • Work authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Attendance and appearance: The ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards.
