Job Summary We're seeking experienced remote healthcare customer service representatives to join our team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for answering inbound calls from members and providers, inputting data, and providing a high level of customer service. Key Responsibilities * Answer inbound calls from members and providers in a timely and professional manner * Input data accurately and efficiently * Provide a high level of customer service, extending courtesy and professionalism at all times * Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call volume and quality standards * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed and accurate information to customers Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for this role, you must reside in one of the following states: Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, or Mississippi. You must also have a reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace that is free from distractions.
