The Role

As a Customer Service Associate – Consumer, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and growing your career with arenaflex. You'll work with a talented team to resolve support issues for customers via telephone, IM, and email, supporting all our major client groups: banking, payments, and investments.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service to high-value clients, building strong relationships and resolving complex issues

  • Assist with account and product inquiries, performing account maintenance and ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Establish a professional rapport with each client, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Track and document inbound support requests, ensuring proper notation of customer problems or issues
  • Troubleshoot customer problems, identifying root causes and using tools and resources to resolve issues efficiently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement and excellence

What You'll Need

* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with above-average computer abilities
  • High school diploma or GED, with experience working in a high-volume call center preferred
  • Banking experience is a bonus, but not required
