Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our airport operations team, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our loyalty customers, processing rentals, and assisting with various aspects of our rental and return process. This is an outdoor combination role that requires flexibility, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers with various aspects of the rental and return process, including checking cars, processing rentals, and assisting with exit gates and check-in procedures

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Enter information into handheld devices and process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation
• Drive a variety of vehicles, including cars and vans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service
• Participate in on-the-job training and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* Valid Driver's License

• Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
• Ability to drive a variety of vehicles, including cars and vans
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

* 6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience working in an outdoor environment or with a transportation company
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
