Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Analyst – E2E Transportation Operations at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading exploratory research, developing data-driven insights, and creating actionable recommendations to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement. Key Responsibilities
* Lead exploratory research to identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze complex data sets and identify areas for optimization
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and increase efficiency
- Work with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and data warehouses
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our data analytics capabilities
Test Tasks
* Plan and estimate retail tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new initiatives
- Build dashboards and metrics for new customer recommendations, such as Expedited Shipment
- Develop driver examination for essential reasons behind late deliveries
- Analyze differences in performance between stores and markets

* Applying SQL and visualization skills to create reports that showcase the results of your investigations
- Collaborating with colleagues to gather data from different sources to support investigations of key drivers
- Leading exploratory research, including hypothesis testing and essential statistical testing
- Automating tasks and creating processes that screen, analyze, and advise stakeholders on key performance indicators
