Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chat interactions
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Documenting delivery flow and tracking information into our system
  • Collaborating with regional facilities to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues through research and problem-solving
  • Participating in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Care Associate with arenaflex, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software and data entry systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
