Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our healthcare clients, ensuring high-quality standards are met
  • Performing credentialing-related tasks, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications
  • Following up with various state boards and credentialing bodies for status updates and verifications
  • Ensuring the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards
  • Verifying information provided to our client by third-party entities using online databases to cross-check details
  • Performing additional duties and tasks as required by arenaflex

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 6+ months of experience in a Data Entry or Customer Service-related role (a plus)
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to support a work-from-home setup
  • Internet speed of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working with healthcare clients or in a related industry
  • Familiarity with data enrichment, credentialing, or verification processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
