Customer Success at arenaflex
Our Sales team is the driving force behind revenue at arenaflex, generating new opportunities, acquiring new customers, and building even stronger relationships with our current accounts. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for managing customer projects within the manufacturing maintenance sector, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and ROI by managing both internal and external resources.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll:
- Support customers in all matters related to the usage of arenaflex's services, including CBM (Condition Based Maintenance) projects and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) initiatives
- Guarantee optimal customer satisfaction and ROI by managing both internal and external resources
- Drive customer accounts growth by delivering successful ROI and relationship building
- Successfully implement new projects by visiting customers during kick-off periods, as well as providing training to all stakeholders of the projects
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure seamless customer experiences
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A business-driven mindset and customer-facing experience
- More than 5 years of experience within manufacturing environments, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence within the industry
- Experience in managing projects and small teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with various stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Ability to deliver under tight schedules and willingness to travel up to 25% of the time in North America
- Valid driver's license with a good standing record

- Experience in implementing Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
