Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Solutions Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary objectives will be to:
Customer Service
+ Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of service and professionalism. + Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions. + Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback and promote new offerings.
Solutions-Oriented Support
+ Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. + Manage collections calls for past-due accounts, offering empathetic and professional solutions while reducing delinquencies.
Record-Keeping & Collaboration
+ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our computerized system. + Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience. + Uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
Communication
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. + Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse client base.
Experience & Problem-Solving

What We Offer

- Competitive Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
