Job Summary

As a Technical Support - Customer Service Representative (Remote Night Shift), you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients and customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the internet. You will work closely with our team to resolve routine problems and questions regarding client products and services, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide top-notch customer service and technical support to clients and customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the internet

  • Resolve routine problems and questions regarding client products and services in a timely and professional manner
  • Build strong relationships with clients and customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with our team to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement and excellence
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products to provide informed and effective support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time

Requirements

* Strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional experiences

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule (night shift)
  • Technical support experience preferred, but not required
  • High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; work computer may be provided depending on the position offered
  • High-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
