Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by:

  • Managing a significant volume of inbound calls, averaging between 70 to 120 calls per day
  • Communicating effectively with policyholders, providers, and other stakeholders
  • Keeping current with any new and updated procedures regarding policy information
  • Ensuring customer needs are satisfied in each interaction, whether conducted via phone, email, or written correspondence
  • Meeting departmental performance standards for call volume, average handling time, and effective time management

Required Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office applications
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
  • Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center or equivalent role (such as receptionist)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent credential is required
  • Prior remote work experience is preferred, though not essential
  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 20 Mbps for both upload and download is required (hard-wired connection)
  • A smartphone is necessary for VPN access
  • Experience within the insurance industry is advantageous but not a prerequisite
  • For safety purposes, a fire extinguisher must be present in your home workspace, and a quiet, professional home office environment is essential

Training

As a new member of our team, you'll undergo comprehensive training that spans 2-3 weeks (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST). Availability for training must be between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM CST on weekdays. Training is full-time, comprising 40 hours per week.

Post-Training Schedule

Following training, you'll work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. There are no weekend shifts required unless overtime opportunities arise.

Location

This is a work-from-home position, open to candidates nationwide (excluding applicants from Texas, Florida, New York, California, Hawaii, Washington D.C., New Jersey, Vermont, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Maine, and Wyoming).
