Job Summary

As an AppleCare Counselor at arenaflex, you will be a basic piece of our client support group, supporting a considerable lot of our famous items, from iPhones to iPads to MacBooks to work area Macintoshes. Essential Qualifications

• Ability to break down, disengage and determine different complex specialized issues

* Experience supporting clients through telephone, email, talk, and additionally face to face
