Responsibilities:

As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our customers
• Delivering an exceptional support experience that meets or exceeds customer expectations
• Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including those with diverse backgrounds and needs
• Providing a memorable and delightful experience for our customers, every time
• Working collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and improve our processes

Age:

Must be at least 18 years old.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.

Equipment and Internet:

Must have a dedicated workspace with: + 1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch) + Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless) + Required Internet Speed: 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up + A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile) + A noise/distraction-free environment + A desk and an ergonomic chair
