About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Product Manager to join our Digital Product Management team, responsible for shaping the future of our conversational AI and live chat support capabilities. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and business partners, to design, develop, and launch innovative products that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the discovery and development of new conversational AI and live chat support features, working closely with stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritize features

  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to analyze customer data, identify trends, and inform product decisions
  • Work with business partners to understand customer needs and develop product roadmaps that meet business objectives
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including product requirements, design specifications, and testing plans
  • Lead customer testing and post-launch analysis to identify areas for improvement and inform future product development
  • Analyze product performance metrics to measure success and inform product decisions
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing support

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products that meet customer needs and business objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and inform product decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g. Git)
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI and live chat support technologies, including natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML)

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

  • Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g. Docker)
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and data analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and human-centered design methodologies
