Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for the following key duties:

• Process child support payments in the SDU system: You will accurately and efficiently process child support payments in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned: You will be responsible for completing additional tasks as assigned by your supervisor, which may include data analysis, research, and other related duties.
• Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures: You will stay up-to-date on policies and procedures related to child support payments processing, ensuring compliance with established guidelines.
• Collect, research, organize, and analyze data as needed: You will collect, research, organize, and analyze data as required to support the processing of child support payments.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent: You must have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this position.
• At least one year of prior experience in data entry or a related field: You must have at least one year of experience in data entry or a related field, such as customer service or administrative support.
• Proficient in data entry skills: You must be proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad operation.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: You must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal skills: You must possess strong interpersonal skills, including tact, patience, and courtesy, to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
