About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they may have
  • Collaborate with colleagues, data scientists, and ML engineers to drive data-driven insights and innovation
  • Design and enable key subsystems of the Data Platform, optimize operational key metrics, and establish processes and best practices
  • Work with innovative cloud technologies from AWS and other ecosystems, including but not limited to Airflow, OpenTelemetry, OpenLineage, Marquez, Great Expectations, and others
  • Participate and lead in the design and development of creative batch and streaming data applications using AWS technologies
  • Support large-scale data pipelines in a distributed and scalable environment, and optimize production AWS environment for data infrastructure and frameworks

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree and 8+ years of professional experience
  • 4+ years of professional experience managing infrastructure and data pipelines using Cloud Solution, Terraform, PySpark, Airflow, or similar technologies
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team that designs, develops, or supports solutions on AWS
  • Working knowledge of common AWS technologies - EC2, S3, IAM, Lambda, Glue, SNS, and others
  • General familiarity with other AWS technologies
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD tools, SQL, Python, Spark, Version control system, JIRA
  • Hands-on experience with any object-oriented programming language
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be highly regarded:

  • AWS Certification - Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or similar
  • Experience with Data Quality tools - Great Expectations, Deequ, or similar
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with Linux operating system or Windows
