About the Role

As a Retail Customer Service Expert at arenaflex, you will become a key contributor in making people’s lives simpler, faster, and safer. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues
  • Upsell if required

Qualifications

We’re looking for fearless people – people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 wpm
  • High school graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home with arenaflex, you will need to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) that meets the following requirements:

  • Windows 10 or later
  • Wired Ethernet LAN connection
  • Internet connection (satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted)
  • A minimum of 4GB RAM

In addition, your internet connection must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required

You will also need to provide a clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.
