Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk / Entry Level Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing a range of basic personnel clerical duties, including data entry, calendar management, and communication with stakeholders. This is a versatile part-time opportunity that offers the flexibility to work from home, on campus, or any other location of your choice.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform data entry tasks, including booking and balancing appointments, calendar management, and involvement in special projects related to the household

  • Manage and balance company activities, including paying expenses and handling incoming and outgoing communications
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and clients
  • Demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Stay organized and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as required

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or university education an asset

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

* Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in a remote or flexible work environment

  • Familiarity with calendar management software and other productivity tools
