Job Responsibilities:

As a Process Associate – Quality Assurance and Operations Improvement at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Auditing operations teams and system outputs to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Suggesting and implementing process/system improvements to enhance operational performance
  • Identifying emerging process performance trends and providing recommendations for improvement

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance)

  • 2+ years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform process improvements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality metrics

Preferred Qualifications:

* Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, quality assurance)

  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
