Job Summary
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers through chat, email, and phone. You will work in a fully remote capacity, which means you can work from anywhere in the world. This is an entry-level position that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved
- Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers
