About the Role

If you have a passion for exquisite, personalized service and consider yourself a fashionista, this role is tailor-made for you. You'll support customers of an iconic global luxury retail brand, leveraging your fashion sense and appreciation for exceptional service to provide white-glove treatment. Your day will be filled with answering incoming communications, conducting research to resolve customer issues, and making recommendations to close sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming communications from customers via phone, email, or chat
• Conduct research to provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries
• Make recommendations for products or services to resolve customer issues and close sales
• Utilize your knowledge of high fashion brands and haute couture to provide personalized support
• Recognize and solve mid-to-high level customer service issues with ease and professionalism

What You Bring to the Table

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• An appreciation for high fashion brands and haute couture
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the luxury retail industry
• 1 year or more of post-secondary education OR 2 years of equivalent work experience
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Computer experience and proficiency in using various software applications
• High-speed internet connection (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer or laptop
• A USB wired headset (or a compatible alternative) and a smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android
