Job Summary
As an Experienced Business Intelligence Analyst – Sales Analytics and Data Insights, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights to support business decisions and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with account managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and develop recommendations for business improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather data from various sources, including but not limited to, CRM systems, sales databases, and external data providers
- Research and verify the accuracy of external data sources
- Clean and preprocess data to ensure it is in a format suitable for analysis
- Support account managers in meeting their sales targets and customer needs
- Utilize Salesforce to update account information, upload data, and manage projects
- Participate in special projects and research requests as needed
- Provide tailored reporting and recommendations to support business decisions and drives
- Develop presentations with data-driven insights for various levels of management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, data science, analytics)
- 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
