Job Summary

As an Experienced Work-From-Home Customer Experience Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, technical support, and sales interactions to our clients across the country. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your positive attitude, enthusiasm, and dedication to delivering a best-in-class customer experience will make all the difference.

Key Responsibilities

* Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including sales opportunities and product upgrades
  • Recognize and apply sales skills to upgrade customer experiences and drive revenue growth
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers, ensuring they understand the value proposition
  • Escalate customer dissatisfaction with managerial teams, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

* Must be 18 years of age or older

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where change and ambiguity are prevalent
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with your team and customers

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service or sales experience

  • Experience working in a contact center or call center environment
  • Knowledge of CRM software and customer relationship management principles
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision
