Why You'll Love This Role

As a data analyst on our Digital Analytics & Customer Research Team, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects that will challenge you and help you grow as a professional. You'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends and insights, and developing actionable recommendations to drive business growth. You'll work closely with our internal customers to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

As a data analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Analyzing customer satisfaction tracking data to identify trends and insights
  • Creating dashboards and analytical reports to present findings to leadership and internal customers
  • Conducting ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and provide recommendations
  • Designing and implementing ad-hoc research projects to meet the needs of internal customers
  • Moderating focus groups, one-on-one interviews, and in-person interviews with customers and employees
  • Developing a long-term vision and strategy for Voice of the Customer and Customer Journey Analytics
  • Integrating multiple sources of customer interaction data to provide a holistic view of the customer experience
  • Selecting and managing survey vendors that align with our holistic strategy
  • Breaking down company silos by sharing relevant data across different departments

What You'll Need for Success

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience
  • 3+ years of labor experience
  • Experience in transforming raw data into meaningful insights
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex data from multiple sources into a concise format
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with SPSS statistical software, online survey software, and Voice of the Customer or Enterprise software (such as Medallia and Qualtrics) is preferred
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required; experience in SQL is preferred
