Key Responsibilities:

As an Experienced Customs Trade Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional client care and ensuring timely and accurate customs clearance for our clients
  • Processing and arranging shipments for customs release from various data sources, SOPs, duty books, web, or customs
  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date shipment documentation in compliance with all record-keeping requirements
  • Complying with all international importing and exporting regulations
  • Collaborating with internal staff, divisions, other arenaflex activities, and clients to deliver a high level of service to clients
  • Processing organizational financier shipments
  • Managing distant filings
  • Ensuring all service and operational strategies are followed
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., logistics, supply chain management, international trade)

  • No industry experience required, but a minimum of 6 months of work experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in data entry and computer skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, Viewpoint, and office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, scanner)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high volumes of work
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

* HS Certificate or GED

  • Industry experience in logistics, supply chain management, or international trade
  • Strong knowledge of customs regulations and procedures
  • Experience with trade compliance software and systems
  • Fluency in multiple languages
