Key Responsibilities

  • Research customer issues and find workable solutions, ensuring that all customer concerns are addressed and resolved efficiently.
  • Share ideas with the department to increase efficiencies and effectiveness in meeting customer needs.
  • Perform necessary record-keeping activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Create and clear credits in accordance with our current credit policy, using company systems to complete required follow-up and corrections on accounts.

Education and Qualifications
