Job Overview

In this role, you will work closely with our service delivery teams to provide top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and Revenue Cycle, to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, and develop strategies to improve customer experiences
  • Work independently, as well as part of a team, to accomplish multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate office equipment, including multi-lined phones, printers, faxes, copiers, and scanners, to perform job duties
  • Maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent education/experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, and/or Revenue Cycle, or related fields
  • Proficiency in computer programs, including Microsoft Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize assignments, and work within standardized operating procedures

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of customer billing, and revenue cycle processes
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, or other customer support tools
  • Certifications, or training in customer support, or related fields
