Job Summary

As a Business Analytics Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of analysts in driving business growth and optimization through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, develop and implement data-driven solutions, and measure the impact of your initiatives. Your expertise in data analysis, business acumen, and communication will enable you to drive business outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of analysts in driving business growth and optimization through data-driven insights

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop data-driven solutions
• Develop and implement data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and customer support teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform data-driven decision making
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and expertise

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in business analytics, data science, or related field
• Proven track record of driving business growth and optimization through data-driven insights
• Strong expertise in data analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business operations and make data-driven recommendations
