Job Summary
We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a Remote Customer Service Rep, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to ensure they have a memorable experience with arenaflex. You'll answer queries, assist with reservations, provide travel information, and resolve issues in a courteous and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide solutions via phone, email, or live chat
