Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Documenting delivery information into our tracking system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Collaborating with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
• Troubleshooting, researching, and resolving issues as necessary, escalating concerns to senior team members when required
• Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes
• Maintaining accurate records and data, adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll need:

• The ability to multitask on a computer using multiple applications while on a phone call
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen attentively to customers and express empathy and understanding
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills of 30 wpm (including 10 key)
• A reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
• The ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
