About the Role:

As a Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support throughout their loan journey. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns

  • Process phone payments and resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan
  • Conduct outbound customer interview calls to gather information and resolve issues
  • Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat channel, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience
  • Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus

  • Preferably two years of customer service experience, ideally in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio, with collection experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Ability to master the use of web-based system of record (LoanPro) – Training Provided
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish
  • Excellent "people" skills, with a strong customer service attitude and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality
