Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our airport rental operations, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless rental and return processes. You'll work outdoors, interacting with customers in various locations, including airport lots, and will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers with rental and return processes, including checking cars, processing rentals, and checking-in vehicles at return
• Providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Working with handheld devices to process transactions and manage customer information
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on arenaflex policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Basic computer skills, including typing and data entry
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout rental lots and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods
• Ability to drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, 6 months of retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus!
