Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 4 hours/day). As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for performing data entry tasks, navigating multiple data systems, and providing exceptional support to our clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

* Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and efficiency, including entering client personal data, services, and other relevant information into various databases

• Search databases as needed to retrieve information and update records
• Review intake forms for completeness and update data systems with changes
• Collaborate with the Healthcare Admin Jobs Data and Compliance Coordinator for systems evaluation and implementation
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
• Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and database management systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a non-profit or healthcare setting

• Familiarity with Case Worthy, CDS, and other proprietary software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly

Skills and Competencies:

* Strong computer skills, including: + 55 wpm typing speed + 10-keystrokes per minute data entry speed + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) + Experience with database management systems

• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
